Credit Card Security
Green Assembly is a safe and secure online shopping website. We utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain secure. Both payment gateways that we use (Square and PayPal) are internationally renowned companies for secure payments.
For Green Assembly to process your order, we need some information from you, e.g. your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Payment must be confirmed before we can deliver your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order once your payment has been processed. If you do not, there may have been a problem with processing your order. Please contact us if this happens by emailing [email protected]
Our delivery hours are between 12 pm and 5 pm, Monday to Friday for business and residential addresses. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
Every effort will be made to deliver your order. If no one is available to receive the order we will leave the delivery in a safe place. In the event that redelivery is necessary, you will be charged a $10 fee.
Availability of product
A limited number of each plant and pot combination are available, we will update the site once an option is sold out.
If you choose to send on a future date you accept that the plant type may need to be substituted pending our grower's availability. Every effort will be taken to get the same or very similar plant you selected.
If we encounter any supply issues we will inform the sender immediately and give them the option of either a full refund or resending the plant on an alternative day.
Days of operation
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday.
Green Assembly does not operate on weekends, public holidays or over the Christmas period (dates inclusive) and therefore plants cannot be delivered on these days.
Warranties, refunds, and cancellations

All attempts will be made to contact the sender to find a solution but failing that a re-delivery fee will be charged.
